Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or using any Master Your Career Path programme or service. By purchasing or joining any of our programmes, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Master Your Career Path, operated by Didi, trading as Master Your Career Path, United Kingdom.

2. Our Programmes & Services
We offer the following programmes and services:

3. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who are:
- 18 years of age or older
- Legally able to enter into a contract in their country of residence
By purchasing or registering for a service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Payment Terms
PRIME™ Membership (£47/month)
- Billed monthly via Skool’s payment system
- Payment is due at the start of each billing period
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period
PRIME™ Cohort (£375)
- Full payment is due at the time of enrolment
- Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- Payment is processed via Skool’s payment system
PRIME™ 1:1 Coaching
- Pricing and payment schedule agreed individually prior to commencement
- A deposit may be required to secure your place
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your statutory rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase (the “cooling-off period”), unless you have requested that the service begins immediately, in which case your right to cancel may be reduced or waived.
If you request immediate access to content or services and they begin within the cooling-off period, you acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel once content has been accessed.
PRIME™ Membership
- Cancel at any time via your Skool account settings. No refunds are issued for partial months already paid.
- Within 14 days of your first payment, if you have not accessed the content, you may request a full refund by emailing us.
PRIME™ Cohort
- Cancellation requests made more than 14 days before cohort start date: full refund minus any processing fees
- Cancellation requests within 14 days of cohort start: 50% refund
- No refund after the cohort has begun, except at our discretion
PRIME™ 1:1 Coaching
- Money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied after your first session, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of that session. No questions asked.
- Cancellations of subsequent sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.
To request a refund
Email didi@masteryourcareerpath.com with your name, the programme purchased, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 5 business days.
6. Delivery of Services
- All PRIME™ Membership content and community access is delivered via the Skool platform
- PRIME™ Cohort sessions are delivered online via video call
- PRIME™ 1:1 sessions are delivered online via video call, with dates and times agreed between you and Didi
- We reserve the right to change session scheduling with reasonable notice
7. Your Obligations
As a participant in any Master Your Career Path programme, you agree to:
- Engage honestly and in good faith with the programme content and coaching
- Treat all community members, coaches and staff with respect
- Not share, reproduce or distribute any programme materials without written permission
- Not use our platforms to promote competing services or send unsolicited commercial messages
- Comply with Skool’s own Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, templates, tools and resources provided as part of PRIME™ and OPERATE™ are the intellectual property of Master Your Career Path. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own career development only.
You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our programmes are designed to support your career development. However:
- We make no guarantee of specific outcomes, including but not limited to job offers, salary increases or promotions
- Results depend on your individual circumstances, effort and the external job market
- Nothing in our materials constitutes legal, financial or regulated career advice
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Master Your Career Path shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Third-Party Platforms
Our services are delivered in part via Skool. Your use of Skool is subject to Skool’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of Skool’s platform.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify active subscribers by email with at least 14 days’ notice. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
